Biography

Elizabeth (Eli) Albor is a first-generation college student and eldest daughter of immigrants who is in her last year of her undergraduate career at the University of Idaho in Moscow. Albor is pursuing two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art and Spanish. She was raised in Homedale, a small agricultural town along the Snake River, which is located 40 miles west of Boise.

Her work is inspired by her lived experiences as a Mexican American, a former farmworker, and a displaced Mexicana who lives in a “Ni de aquí, ni de de alla” world/matrix/paralell/_?_. Eli (eh-lee) also uses her artistic skills to advocate for her loved ones and communities she supports or volunteers for.
