Bio

Hola! I am Elizabeth (Eli) Albor, a first-generation college student and eldest daughter of immigrants. I am currently completing my last year of undergrad at the University of Idaho in Moscow. The two Bachelor of Arts degrees I am pursuing are in Art and Spanish. I was raised in Homedale, a small agricultural town along the Snake River, which is located 40 miles west of Boise, and was a farmworker for many summers during my high school and college years.

My work is inspired by my lived experiences as a Mexican American, a former farmworker, and a displaced Mexicana who lives in a Ni de aquí, ni de de alla (Nor from here, nor from there) world. I also use my artistic skills to advocate for my loved ones and the communities I support or volunteer for.
