Farmworkers Feed the World
This work depicts some members of an Idahoan farm working crew cleaning an onion field using hoes to remove any weeds around the onion plants during a hot summer day.
This cleaning process occurs during the earlier stage of the crop’s production before being harvested, packaged and shipped out to groceries stores.
